Ismael Alvarez, Jr.

Director of Center Based Services, CCTC

Ismael Alvarez Jr., Ed.M., LPC, is the Division Director of Center Based Services at Children’s Crisis Treatment Center (CCTC).  A 2003 graduate of Temple University’s Counseling Psychology Program, Ismael Alvarez is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience working in non-profit mental health settings serving children and adolescents with emotional/behavioral health challenges along with their families. Alvarez was promoted to serve as the Director of Outpatient Services in 2009. In August 2013 he was promoted to his current position as Division Director of Center Based Services, and he is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Maternity Care Coalition (MCC).
