Executive Director of Multicultural Marketing, Comcast Cable
In this position Joe Paz is responsible for creating marketing strategy and culturally relevant marketing plans for the Hispanic, Asian, and African-American viewers.
Before joining Comcast, Joe led Verizon’s multicultural marketing efforts and is credited with introducing high-speed internet and video services to Verizon’s consumers through innovative and integrated marketing programs, quickly accelerating penetration and revenue for the company.
In addition to multicultural marketing positions at Comcast Cable, Verizon and Frontier, Joe has held a variety of leadership positions at these companies. Joe grew up in California and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University. He has two adult children.
