At Comcast she is responsible for implementing strategic campaigns to highlight the value of Xfinity products and services among Hispanic subscribers. She and her team led the editorial strategy and execution of the biggest Latino On-Demand event at Comcast, reaching an unprecedented penetration in 2015 of 49% growth over the prior year. Her team is responsible for the Xfinity Latino Entertainment Channel, available to all TV subscribers.
Millie began her career at CBS’s Channel 4 in Miami and also served as Sr. Producer for Discovery Channel and helped launch The Disney Channel in Latin America. She licensed over 700 films for distribution in the US for Image Entertainment and Venevision International. Millie holds a Bachelor in Communications from the University of Miami and an MBA from Florida International University.
